More people sign up for CSAs on February 28th than any other day of the year.CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture". Members commit up front to buy seasonal meat "shares" that will give the us, the farmer, the ability to plan ahead to bring our animal from field to market. A CSA is a convenient way to eat a variety of local meats without having to invest in a large freezer AND save money! We have different sizes to accommodate all families and you can join at any time.In addition to getting multiple meat cuts every month, members get other perks! Their business is run in Sitka, Alaska and Galesburg, IL - as local as we could get when it comes to healthy, clean, sustainable seafood!
