Hey Peoria!  How about we shake off those winter blues with some baby goat therapy?!   Come over to Landmark and do some yoga (or not), snuggle up some goats, sip Bloody Marys and mimosas or the mock/cocktail of your choice, and help us kick off our 2023 Goats + Yoga season! 

What is Goats  + Yoga like?

When you come to Landmark Recreation, you'll head over to The Bullpen Sports Bar & Grill*. (There will be signs directing you!)  Once you check-in, it's time to grab a drink.  After you get your cocktails (if you're over 21) or mocktails, you'll set up your mats or beach towels and get to meet the goats.  Yep, you can bring your drinks into the yoga area!  You will be given cups of goat treats to help persuade the goats to come to you.  There will be some who will be on top of you, and some who'd rather watch you from afar or just eat out of your hand.  You can be as involved (or not) as you'd like. We can also strategically place the right goats on top of you for just the right selfie!

****You know how Central Illinois is...  There's a chance it'll be a nice warm day in March, or it might be -20 with 2 feet of snow.  But if it is nice out, you can bet we'll be outside!  We will post here, on social media, and email ticket holders just before the event to let you know where to go!***

Some people just like to sit and hang with the goats, and some love to do full-on yoga.  Either way, this class is just for you.  

This is a VERY informal! You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, or a beach towel will be just fine, too.  If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.  Just give us a heads up!

Be sure to bring a beach towel - nice yoga mats can get nibbled or ruined by the goats so we don't want you to waste your favorite one!
