Donation Requests

Willow City Farm is proud to support the wonderful work of many charitable organizations within the greater Sangamon County region. Every year Willow City Farm provides ticket donations to help these nonprofit organizations support their missions. If you would like to request a pair of tickets for your event please refer to the following requirements.

• We receive about 10 - 20 requests per month for donations.  We wish we could fulfill them all!  Our current policy is to donate two tickets to the event geographically closest to the event, and for the date furthest from your event to the first request received for that event. 

• Your non-profit organization must have 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. You must enter the Tax Exempt ID number on the online form in order for your request to be considered. (If you are business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the non-profit organization to complete the donation request form.)

• If your organization is selected for the donation, you will be e-mailed two tickets, along with a printable souvenir ticket, a 5 x 7 and 8 x 10 pdf flyer for the event. 


• We look at donation requests once a month for the month ahead. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.
