Come see us at Alto Vineyards in Champaign!  Snuggle some baby goats while hanging in the shade.  Sip wine (or beer)  while you do yoga (or not) with the goats!  Come for the yoga and nama-stay for the great atmosphere and live music!  But get your tickets quick!  We sell out at this venue each time.

Session #1  - 11am  $45 Ticket price includes alcohol.

Session #2  - 12pm (Session will only be added if 11am session sells out.) $45 Ticket price includes alcohol.

Session #3 - Private Goats + Yoga session - $600 for the first 12 people, and $40 each additional person.  Includes alcohol.

What is Goats  + Yoga like?

When you get to Alto, come inside and check in, sign your waiver, and get your wristband and cocktails.  When everyone arrives, we'll introduce ourselves, and tell you how goat yoga will work.  Then you'll head on into the yoga area where you'll set up your mats and get to meet the goats.  Yep, you can bring your drinks into the yoga area!  You will be given cups of goat treats to help persuade the goats to come to you.  There will be some who will be on top of you, and some who'd rather watch you from afar or just eat out of your hand.  You can be as involved (or not) as you'd like. We can also strategically place the right goats on top of you for just the right selfie!

This is a VERY informal class! You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, or a beach towel will be just fine, too.  If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.  Just give us a heads up!  

We highly recommend you nama-stay with your friends or significant other and make it a day here!  There's live music at 2pm and the winery is open all day!
