We are changing things up this fall!  So many of you LOVE to come for the Goats + Yoga, but many of you have asked - can I just come hang with the goats??  We now have two sessions - one for the yogis, and one for those who find the session with the yoga instructor distracting!  Sign up for either class and have a blast with us!

Session #1 - 11am - Goats + Yoga Session

Session #2 - 12pm - Goats + NO YOGA Snuggle Session

What is Goats + Yoga like?

We will be outside in Obed & Isaac's amazing Bocce Beer Garden.  You will check in, sign a waiver and get a wristband and your drink.  When its time for the session to begin you'll set up your mats or towels and get to meet the goats. Yep, you can bring your drinks into the yoga area!  You will be given cups of treats to help persuade the goats to come to you.  There will be some who will be on top of you, and some who'd rather watch you from afar or just eat out of your hand.  You can be as involved (or not) as you'd like. You can participate in as much of the yoga class as you wish with our certified yoga instructor.  We can also strategically place the right goats on top of you for just the right selfie!  

This is a VERY informal class! You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, or a beach towel will be just fine, too. If you have a nice yoga mat you cherish, we highly suggest you bring a beach towel - or better yet, purchase one of ours as an add-on to your ticket!  If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. 

What is Goats + NO Yoga like?

Same as everything above, but no yoga, no yoga instructor, and no agenda.  Just come on in, pop a squat, and hang with the goats!  We still suggest you bring a mat or beach towel, and we still provide the treats.  Take yoga pose photos if you wish.  We won't tell anyone that you didn't do yoga!
