We could not be more excited to bring out all our Vincent van Goats to help us put on a Cinco de Mayo party with PAINTING!!  We have partnered with local artist Sarah Dufner, owner of Paint Out Social to bring you a one-of-a-kind artistic experience at Willow City Farm!

Date: Sunday, May 5th, 2024 

Time: 2pm - 4:30pm

Cost: $50 per person (includes art supplies, goat interaction, adult beverages, and chips, + salsa from Xochimilco - a local favorite!)

How Does it Work?

Once you arrive at Willow City Farm, you'll check-in at our new barn!  You'll grab a drink and some snacks and meet the goats!  The painting session will be set inside our Goats + Yoga area, against the backdrop of our horse and cattle pasture, so you'll have quite the environment for getting creative!  Our alpaca may just mozy up for some snacks and a little inspiration.  AND...  It's rumored there will be Great Pyrenees PUPPIES joining us.  Check back at the end of March to find out for sure!  If the weather isn't cooperating, we'll just move the event inside the barn, so we won't need to cancel due to rain.  

The class, suitable for all skill levels, is led by the talented and experienced artist, Sarah, who will guide you through the artistic process. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, the goats' presence may just add to your creativity!  Sarah will help you learn some new art skills, all while you snuggle baby goats, socialize, sip, and snack.  

During the class, feel free to interact with the goats as they roam around!  The goats' curious nature and playful antics will surely make this paint night  a memorable and joyful occasion!  Goat treats will be provided, too!  Maybe our own little Vincent van Goat will help you with your painting!

Since the best way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and goats is with proper drinks and snacks, we've included margaritas, chips, and salsa as part of the $50 per person package.  Sip on refreshing margaritas (with or without alcohol) as you channel your creativity.  Other drinks will be provided, too.  OR, feel free to bring your own!

Willow City Farm is located just 6 miles west of Veterans Parkway, down Old Jacksonville Road.  We're close enough to make it convenient, but far enough away to enjoy 75 acres in the country.  Our store will be open before and after the event, so you'll be able to purchase fresh eggs, beef, pork, and lamb products as well as other artisan products like alpaca yarns and felted soaps made right here on our farm.
