Our heritage hogs are raised outdoors, where they can root, roam, and grow naturally—just as pigs should! This results in happier, healthier animals and incredibly flavorful, high-quality pork.

These hogs have already been processed into popular summer cuts, including roasts ready for the smoker, chops and brats ready for the grill, and bacon -  making them perfect for grilling season. 


Stock your freezer today!  Hogs are at the butcher and will be cut May 28th, 2025.  They will be ready for pickup directly from the butcher in Rushville, IL or at our farm!
