Farm + Chef Takeaway Dinner Series

This series is a new dining concept that introduces our customers to fresh flavors through delicious meals prepared by Chef Denise Perry of Copper Pot Cooking Studio using Willow City Farm's meat & eggs & fresh produce from Branch of the Olive Tree, with 10% of proceeds going to a local charity.

Paula Wolfert's new Biography/Cookbook is, as the title suggests, Unforgettable. Thus, it was hard for Denise not to be inspired to use these recipes for our April dinner series!

A New Addition @ WCF!

Spring is in full bloom and we’re having lots of fun @ Willow City Farm! We have an exciting young addition to our beef program. He’s a Murray Gray bull out of amazing stock, and will make a great addition to our lines. We need some help naming him! Many of you know that since we began as a “City” farm, all our animals are named for a city in the country of their origin. This is our first Australian breed, so we need a great Australian city for his name! Just submit your idea here.


New Home & Health Products @ The Farmstand

The Farmstand now carries some great home & health products from Clarity Homestead in Springfield. Shannon & Joe are happy to have an outlet to sell their all-natural shampoos, body bars, all-natural cleaners & laundry detergents, & we couldn’t be happier to have them. Come stop in and try these products! (We've been using them @ our house, and we're hooked!)



Easter Ham Recipes If you pre-ordered your Easter ham or lamb, it will be ready for pickup fresh at The Farmstand on Friday, April 14th, from 10-2pm. If this doesn’t work, just let us know and we can make other arrangements. If you haven’t ordered yours already, we will have a few extra, but they won’t last long, so reserve them now! Here’s some great recipes we compiled. Check them out on our Pinterest page! You can also pick up some local honey to make your own honey glazed ham & treat all your guests!
